About Emerald Massage School
Emerald Massage Therapy and Healing Arts is committed to providing training and support to those wishing to become massage therapists and gain expertise in the healing arts through the use of Nutrition, Essential Oils and Massage Therapy.

The school moved into new facilities in the spring of 2024 and continues to bless the lives of its students and serve the Magic Valley community.
Goals and Objectives
Perform various massage techniques safely, effectively, compassionately and in response to diverse client needs
Graduates will be able to:
Design, implement and document personalized treatment plans through the integration of client goals, assessment findings, knowledge of the human body, understanding the effects of massage, and intuition
Create and utilize strategies for attaining a satisfying, successful and ethical professional practice or employment situation
Develop and implement a plan for supporting a life long practice through self-care and profesisonal development, as well as professional support and referral networks.

Vernae Snyder
Owner/Head Instructor
Vernae has been a Licenesed Massage Therapist since 2013. She attended school at Intermoutain College of Natural Health and is National Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NBCTMB).
Vernae worked with a chiropractor for 10 years before starting her own private practice and Emerald Massage School in Twin Falls, Idaho.
Vernae provides deep tissue, Sweedish, & sports massage, as well as reflexology, muscle balancing & special needs services.
From an early age, Vernae has desired to help and heal others. She has 5 kids that have all grown up utilizing massage in their sports. Vernae has always been fascinated with muscles and how they work, and massage therapy is a great fit for her!
Jerri is a licensed Massage Therapist in Twin Falls, Idaho.
She has been in practice for massage therapy since 1998 and is the owner of Blue Lotus Massage.
Jerri has seven years of prior experience working with a local chiropractor, as well as serving as an instructor at the Twin Falls Institute of Holistic Studies for eighteen years.
Jerri currently teaches specialty state-approved CEU (Continueing Education) massage therapy classes that she authored.
Learning is one of her passions and she loves helping her clients live a healthier lifestyle.
